Real Estate Sales Associate

As an experienced candidate in handling HNI clients in the real estate sector, your responsibilities will include: - Handling leads generated through various advertising platforms and walk-in clients for real estate projects. - Understanding the requirements of potential clients and providing them with detailed information about the project. - Coordinating with Channel Partners and managing interactions with their clients. - Scheduling site visits and following up with potential clients. - Engaging in follow-ups with interested clients to facilitate sales closure. - Assisting clients in filling up requisite forms. - Participating actively in marketing events. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree preferred. - Minimum 2 years of experience in selling flats/apartments priced over Rs. 2 Crore. - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali languages.
