As a Business Development Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager/Vice President/Team Head at Bullmen Realty India Pvt Ltd, your role involves building contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities and explaining the customers about the properties. You will be responsible for developing Bullmen Realty as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies. Building good working relationships with clients and channel partners through calls, emails, and in-person interactions is crucial. Your key responsibilities include: - Maintaining and developing relationships with channel partners - Following up with potential customers for new business prospects - Conducting need analysis by calling/meeting clients - Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers - Closing sales and submitting relevant documents - Reporting on sales activities to top management - Developing sales strategies and achieving set targets - Tracking, collating, and interpreting sales figures - Calling and fixing meetings with clients - Being a hardcore sales performer in direct sales within the assigned territory - Demonstrating strong sales acumen and adaptability to the organization's culture Skills Required: - Excellent communication skills - Pleasing personality and ability to handle sales within defined guidelines - Good PR, social, and networking skills to enhance customer base - Out-of-the-box thinker and deliver for self and the team Please note that only candidates with prior experience in real estate sales will be considered for these positions. Candidates must be available for an interview in Noida and should be familiar with Noida locations. It is mandatory for boys to have their own vehicle.
