We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and our clients.

Responsibilities

Support the sales team by managing schedules, preparing sales proposals, and providing necessary administrative support.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports for management review.
Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3-8 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in work.
