Designation: Sales Coordinator
Location: Mumbai
Relevant Experience: 1+ years of experience.
Qualification: Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product or service information as needed.
  • Track sales targets and prepare monthly or quarterly reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in demand forecasting.
