We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling pre-sales activities, coordinating with regional teams, managing customer interactions, and maintaining accurate sales records through CRM and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling to generate leadsAllocate leads to the appropriate regional sales teamPrepare and send quotations/offers to potential clientsFollow up on quote status and provide timely updatesCoordinate with sales and technical teams for customer requirementsEnsure timely payment follow-ups and documentationMaintain and update customer and sales data in CRM and ERP systemsAssist in preparing sales reports and documentationProvide excellent communication and support to clients and internal teams
Candidate Requirements:
1-5 years of experience in sales coordination or inside salesGraduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with technical or business backgroundProficiency in MS Office, CRM, and ERP toolsStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
