Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

supports the sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing client information, and coordinating schedules to help agents focus on closing deals

Core responsibilities

Administrative support:
Handle general office duties such as answering phones, scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
Client and data management:
Maintain and update client databases, track leads, and manage client records and sales files.
Document preparation:
Create, organize, and distribute sales and marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, market analysis reports, and property listings.
Scheduling and coordination:
Schedule appointments for showings, client meetings, and property inspections for the sales team.
Marketing assistance:
Assist with marketing efforts by managing mailings, coordinating with printers, and ensuring marketing materials are current.
Financial and operational support:
Reconcile purchase orders, process commission invoices, and help maintain budgets.
