About the Role:

A reputed and fast-growing real estate group is seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support operations at its Experience Centre. This role is essential for ensuring smooth lead management, effective communication with clients, and end-to-end coordination with the sales and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound inquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins) and assist walk-in clients at the Experience Centre
• Maintain and update CRM systems for accurate lead tracking and timely follow-ups
• Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative duties and documentation
• Schedule client meetings and coordinate site visits
• Collaborate with internal departments including marketing and customer service
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience from first contact to post-visit follow-up

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM tools
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
• Customer-first approach and ability to build rapport quickly
• Prior experience in real estate sales or client-facing roles is an added advantage

Pay: ₹12,062.40 - ₹30,000.00 per month
