Job Description

Responsibilities:

Coordinate for Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly data , arrange it in required formats and keep it ready for presentations and discussions.
Take data ownership storage and presentation as required, maintain up to date master data and commercial records.
Archive old or obsolete data files with proper versioning.
Follow up with sales team- each person for pending updates on all reporting aspects and ensure that their data is ready in the required format.
Conduct weekly score-card calls about the timely reporting from sales team.
Support trade show planning and marketing efforts including SM marketing.
Sales Funnel Maintenance ensure that the sale team is working on the sales.
funnels and maintain sales funnel for fortnightly discussions.
Prepare weekly internal memos, presentations for key meetings, and management PDF reports.
Assist the BU Head for day to day activities and other exigent work.

Required Skills:

Above average skills in MS Excel (Pivot, slicer, V-lookups etc), Power point.
Word and other office tools , ability to understand numbers/data.
Good Communication skills, languages English, Hindi, Gujarati will eb added advantage.
Self-Driven; Self Motivated, ability to work in a team environment with strong focus on target achievement.
Fresher with above skill set may also be cosidered.
