Sales Coordinator Printing & Packaging

As an experienced professional in the Printing and Packaging Industry, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Daily coordination with customers to provide order updates, delivery schedules, and resolve any issues promptly - Follow up on daily emails and manage order booking and DOD follow-up activities - Coordinate effectively with the Planning team by circulating new inquiries in the prescribed format to the costing team - Facilitate seamless communication between different departments and factories to address customer queries regarding deliveries - Prepare necessary reports and maintain the customer master database - Update MIS regularly and ensure follow-up actions are completed, tracking customer targets/revenues, and monitoring item availability for new jobs - Supervise a team of 4-5 individuals to ensure efficient operations Your qualifications and skills should include: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred - Strong communication and coordination skills - Previous experience in B2B sales and customer service, preferably in the printing/packaging industry - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and ERP systems - At least 2 years of relevant experience Additional details about the company: Placenest Services Pvt.
