Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role based in Ghaziabad. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing sales operations, coordinating with customers, maintaining relationships, and working closely with the sales team to achieve targets. Daily responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, processing orders, preparing quotes, maintaining sales documentation, and ensuring excellent customer service. The candidate will serve as a vital link between the sales team and clients, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Sales Coordination and familiarity with sales operations
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for effective client handling and support
Experience in Sales and a detailed understanding of sales processes
Organizational and problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth operational workflows
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is advantageous
Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, is a plus
