Job Description

This is not sales role. this role is into sales coordination or Banking operation.

Role & responsibilities

Position Purpose:

  • Support the Transaction banking Sales team in driving transaction banking sales (both cash and trade) by helping on the routine tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing offer letters
  • Performing first level document checks on offer letters and product documents
  • Tracking progress on IDPMS/EDPMS closures with sales team.
  • To confirm to the client on Bank guarantee issuance outstanding status,
  • Follow-up with CEP for Virtual Account & Historic statements, historic statements
  • Maintaining the issued offer letter reference number, agreements, stamp paper serial numbers & vendor charges in excel for records.
  • Coordinating with RMs, other teams with regards to any query on executed agreement or other documents related Printing, scanning of ready documents and dispatch of agreements to clients address. Coordinating with CTCM team wrt to pending renewal file or upcoming due files for next months.
  • Follow ups with RM on caution listing & assisting on Hermes compliance.
  • Assist clients to complete set-up forms.
  • Receive completed product documents from client and handover to implementation manager.
  • Confirm receipt of documentation by custodians and initiate implementation requests to setup teams (client management/operations) under the direction of sales / implementation.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and MIS reports.
  • Escalate any undue delays and deviations for client requests.
  • Track, maintain and report issue logs for issues reported by clients (non-complaint cases).
