Job Description

You will be responsible for assisting the sales team in their daily operations and providing customer support. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to gain hands-on experience in sales coordination. Your key responsibilities will include processing sales orders, maintaining customer databases, coordinating communication between sales teams, customers, and technical staff, preparing sales reports, tracking order status, providing customer support, maintaining positive relationships, assisting in market research, and identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team on ongoing projects. The ideal candidate should be a fresh graduate in any field, with a degree in business or marketing being a plus. Strong communication skills, basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), and organizational abilities are required. A team player with a willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and detail-oriented approach will thrive in this role. Preferred skills include basic knowledge of CRM or sales software, and previous internships in sales or customer service will be advantageous. This is a full-time position based in Kolhapur. The salary offered is Rs25000.,
