Lead generation through various databases, social media platforms like LinkedIn & industry researchGenerate new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails & follow-upUnderstanding customers specifications by asking questions to them and solve their queries related to products and services1. Prepare report by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing.2.Should be confident & fluent English while addressing customer queries or concerns3.Providing appropriate services to our customers4. Responsible for converting prospective customers into actual customers5. Dealing with customer service issues such as queries and complaints6. Handle Leads and potential customers7. Job role demands you to travel either to find new clients or customers or to maintain relationships with the customers whom you are already working with.8. Must contact all the clients and potential customers to discuss whether their products would meet their requirements.9. Should arrange meetings with the clients in their offices or arrange the meeting with the purchase department.10. Should focus of the increase the companys sales11. Should have price negotiation skills so that you can negotiate with the customers on behalf of the organization to reach a favourable agreement for both.12. Generate business leads for the company from corporate, institutional offices and also prepare and maintain statistical data and provide reports whenever necessary.13.Should be confident & fluent English while addressing customer queries or concerns14.Providing appropriate services to our customers15.
