Job Description

Handle Indiamart customer inquiry/direct customer inquiry
Submit quotation to customers & continue follow up for closing
Prepare various documents for dispatch process
Submit quotation to customer contacted by sales person, gathering details from sales person related to customer
Record keeping of contacted customer by sales person & indiamart customers in CRM.
Handle customer query by mail conversation or by telephonic conversation.
Record keeping of received PO, sent quotation & other relevant documents.
Co-ordination at Factory for dispatch.
Daily reporting to the management at the end of the day by mail & other work as per require
Follow up of customer for work order or purchase order
Software Knowledge like SAP, CRM or tally
