Job Responsibilities:
-Attending customer queries over Phone/ Mail
-Cold calling and lead generation
-Follow up with Customers for Billing, Dispatch and Payments
-Preparing Quotations, Draft Letters and maintaining Documentation
-Point of Contact for Daily Invoicing, Billing, Dispatch and payment dues.-Maintaining good rapport with customers
