Sales Coordinator

As an Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team with day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth order processing and follow-ups with clients. You will also play a crucial role in coordinating and communicating within the team regarding product inquiries, quotations, and delivery timelines to provide excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include: - Assisting the sales team in maintaining accurate sales records, databases, and documentation. - Preparing and distributing sales reports and performance analysis for management review. - Monitoring sales orders and stock availability, and coordinating with warehouse and purchase teams for timely deliveries. - Supporting the sales team in preparing contracts, agreements, and proposals to facilitate business deals. - Handling sales complaints or queries promptly and escalating them when necessary for resolution. - Scheduling sales meetings, appointments, and assisting in organizing sales events or promotional activities to boost sales. - Maintaining effective communication channels between sales, finance, warehouse, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
