Job Description

Role & responsibilities
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Track primary & secondary sales, stock levels, and distributor performance.
Maintain sales dashboards, CRM data, and sales trackers.
Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and customer documents.
Communicate targets, schemes, and product updates to the field team. Resolve field team queries related to pricing, stock, invoicing, and schemes.
Track target vs achievement (TvsA) for sales executives.
Assist distributors with billing issues, product information, and claim processing.
Manage and record customer/market feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic analytics). Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems (Zoho, Tally etc.).
Excellent communication & coordination skills.
Attention to detail and strong follow-up ability.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Logistics, Finance, Marketing).
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
