Job Description

  • Role & responsibilities

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Track primary & secondary sales, stock levels, and distributor performance.
  • Maintain sales dashboards, CRM data, and sales trackers.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and customer documents.
  • Communicate targets, schemes, and product updates to the field team. Resolve field team queries related to pricing, stock, invoicing, and schemes.
  • Track target vs achievement (TvsA) for sales executives.
  • Assist distributors with billing issues, product information, and claim processing.
  • Manage and record customer/market feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic analytics). Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems (Zoho, Tally etc.).
  • Excellent communication & coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-up ability.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Logistics, Finance, Marketing).
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
