Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable products or services.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify business growth opportunities.
Work closely with marketing teams to develop sales strategies.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Follow up on leads and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and sales meetings as needed.

Requirements & Skills

Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions.
Strong sales and business development skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
BBA OR MBA (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
