Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth operation of sales processes. The sales Coordinator will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, assisting with client communications, and supporting the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support the daily operations of the sales department.
Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Manage and update customer databases
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
Process sales orders, invoices, and track shipments or deliveries.
Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and sales campaigns.
Liaise between sales, marketing, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth communication.
Ensure timely follow-ups on leads, quotations, and client feedback.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales support, administration, or coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
