Sales Coordinator (Female Candidate Preferred)

Location:

• Mangalore – 1 week per month (on-site coordination)
• Bangalore – remaining days of the month

Experience: 1 to 3 years
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
Languages Required: Tulu, Kannada, English, and Hindi (must be fluent)

Job Summary

We are looking for a female Sales Coordinator to support our sales and client operations between Mangalore and Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and fluent in multiple languages to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, sales executives, and internal teams for order processing and follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing quotations, client proposals, and sales reports.
• Handle customer queries and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage travel schedules and coordination between Bangalore and Mangalore offices.
• Maintain and update client databases, follow-up trackers, and payment status reports.
• Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
• Ensure smooth communication between on-site and head office teams.

Requirements

• Female candidate with 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, client service, or office administration.
• Must be fluent in Tulu, Kannada, English, and Hindi.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel and stay in Mangalore for one week every month.
