Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator at a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on pipes and fittings, your role will involve handling customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring smooth communication between departments to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new leads through online research, market mapping, industry directories, and networking. - Coordinate with customers for inquiries, quotations, order follow-ups, and after-sales support. - Prepare and manage sales documentation, offers, and contracts. - Liaise with production, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure on-time delivery. - Maintain and update the customer database and CRM system. - Assist the sales team in tracking sales performance, targets, and reporting. - Plan and support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events. - Conduct basic market and competitor analysis to support sales strategies. - Maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
