Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in taking rates from vendors, preparing accurate quotations for clients, and generating sales orders.
Daily Sales Meetings & Reporting:
• Conduct daily sales meetings in the morning and evening.
• Take updates from the sales team on their daily targets, client meetings, and follow-ups.
• Note down any problems or challenges they are facing.
• Record remarks and updates in the sales tracking sheet or system.
• Share a summary report with the concerned team.
Vendor Coordination:
• Talk to vendors and get the best prices for products or services.
• Keep a record of vendor contacts and updated price lists.
Quotation Preparation:
• Make and send price quotations to customers as per their needs.
• Check that all prices, taxes, and delivery dates are correct.
• Follow up with customers to get approval or feedback on the quotations.
Sales Order Management:
• Create and manage sales orders in the system.
• Work with other teams to make sure orders are completed on time.
• Keep track of order progress and update everyone involved.
Documentation & Reporting:
• Keep all records of quotations, orders, and customer conversations.
Client Interaction:
• Answer customer questions about prices, products, and services.
• Help the sales team before and after the sale is made.
