Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Sales Coordinator cum Customer Relation & Telecalling Executive to manage client communication, follow-ups, lead coordination, and support the sales team. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle inbound and outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.

· Maintain strong customer relations through follow-ups, query handling, and timely support.

· Coordinate with the sales team for order updates, lead assignment, and daily reports.

· Assist in preparing sales-related documents, MIS reports, and follow-up trackers.

· Explain product details, offers, and company services to customers through phone calls and messages.

· Ensure smooth communication between clients, distributors, and internal teams.

· Maintain customer database and update CRM tools regularly.

· Support telecalling campaigns to generate leads and boost sales conversions.

· Resolve customer issues politely and escalate when required.

· Help execute sales strategies given by the management.

Required Skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong customer-handling ability with a positive attitude.

· Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

· Confidence in telecalling and customer communication.

Eligibility

· Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

· At least 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Telecalling / Customer Relations.

· Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

· Female candidates only.

· Should be comfortable with both Work from Home and Office as per requirement.
