Sales Coordinator

You are being recruited for the position of Sales Coordinator & Customer Support Executive at a renowned company in the Cable Distribution Industry in Pune. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and assisting in sales coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Manage inbound customer inquiries and provide information on products such as cables and electrical accessories - Liaise with clients regarding orders, quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules - Support the sales team by conducting follow-ups, maintaining documentation, and generating reports - Update and maintain customer records in CRM systems and Excel spreadsheets - Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and quotations - Address customer concerns and resolve them in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate closely with internal departments including store, logistics, and accounts Required Skills: - Proficient in communication with fluency in Hindi, English, and Marathi - Basic knowledge of electrical and cable products is advantageous but not compulsory - Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word - Previous experience in customer handling and sales coordination - Ability to efficiently manage follow-ups and multitask effectively Qualifications: - Graduation in any field - Minimum of 13 years of experience in Sales Support or Customer Support roles Additional Details: The salary offered will be in accordance with industry standards and commensurate with your level of experience.
