Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage event registration forms and links
• Process new delegate registrations from inbox
• Follow up with sponsors for timely contract closures
• Maintain Sponsor Tier Sheets and update Sales Board
• Update internal trackers: Payment Sheet, Salesboard, Revenue Board
• Monitor Accounts Board and support payment collections

Candidate Profile

• Confident, articulate, and target-driven
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and resilient
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, event admin, or finance support
• Prior exposure to B2B events, sponsorship sales, or service industries preferred
• Familiar with sales pipelines, invoicing, and payment tracking systems
