Role & responsibilities PI & Quotation preparing Connecting with Plant & Ware house team for checking all type of coil / RM / Ready stock availability to proceed the PI & Quote request. Connecting with management authorities for various kind of special price approval to proceed the PI & Quote request. Follow up through FMS and connecting with the concerned department for timely dispatch. Follow up related to Mockup requisitions of field team, through FMS and connecting with the concerned department for step by step approval from RH to CMD Sir, and timely dispatch. Follow up related to Marketing collaterals with Marketing , Warehouse & plan team etc through FMS . Following up with GM and Plant team and Warehouse Team for timely dispatch. Daily communication with field team and inter department through phone calls & emails, to resolve all kind of queries related to FMS and others kind of queries related to FMS and others Various types of reports
