Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Activities :

• Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential sales leads.
• Appointment Setting: Scheduling meetings or appointments for sales representatives.
• Promotional Calls: Informing customers about new products, services, promotions, or events.
• Inbound Activities :
• Customer Support: Answering incoming calls from customers, addressing their queries, and resolving issues.
• Service Inquiries: Responding to inquiries about services offered and providing detailed information.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales.

Skills Required:

• Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal communication skills are essential for engaging with customers and conveying information persuasively.
• Active Listening: The ability to listen to customers’ needs and respond appropriately.
• Sales Ability: Persuasive skills to promote and sell products or services.
• Customer Service Orientation: A friendly and professional approach to handling customer inquiries and complaints.
• Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to handle difficult situations and find solutions to customer issues.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with telecommunication systems and Proficient in Microsoft office Suite ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint ,Outlook )

Qualifications:

• Education: 10th ,12th and Degree
• Experience: Fresher
• Languages : Telegu ,Tamil and English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
