Sales Coordinator

Role Overview: As a member of the team at Accor, you will be responsible for maintaining complete knowledge of the hotel features, services, and operations to ensure a seamless experience for guests. Your role will involve coordinating group arrangements, communicating group needs to relevant departments, and maintaining records of clients and their profiles. Additionally, you will be required to analyze customer information, prepare sales reports, and handle any additional responsibilities delegated by the Management. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain knowledge of all hotel features, services, and hours of operation - Handle incoming phone calls using proper telephone etiquette - Coordinate group arrangements and facilitate program planning - Communicate group needs and specifications to relevant departments - Record all client profiles and organize regular visits - Prepare monthly schedules of sales and related activities - Analyze statistical information to recommend prospective customers - Monitor competition in terms of sites, prices, and services offered - Handle additional responsibilities delegated by Management Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in hospitality or related field preferred - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Flexibility to handle additional responsibilities as needed Please note that Accor is committed to Diversity & Inclusion, aiming to attract, recruit, and promote diverse talent to create an inclusive work environment.,
