Sales Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a smart, well-spoken, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to coordinate efficiently between clients, the sales team, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries and follow-ups through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate and updated client and lead records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the sales team for meetings, site visits, and client interactions.
• Provide complete project details and resolve client queries in a clear, professional, and polite manner.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, booking forms, and documentation.
• Follow up with clients for payments, agreements, and post-sale documentation.
• Assist in daily communication between sales, marketing, and back-office teams.
• Ensure smooth coordination during site visits, events, and client meetings.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, CRM Executive, or similar real estate role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools.
• Professional attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
