Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing excellent customer service, offering product recommendations, and guiding them through the purchase process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a strong knowledge of our product range, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through post-sale follow-ups. The consultant will also collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies and contribute to overall business growth.

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
