Role Overview: You will be a seasoned professional in the field of Strategy, Sales, Marketing, and overall business, leading consulting assignments to drive client growth and achieve desired outcomes. Your responsibilities will include setting short-term milestones, defining long-term objectives, and overseeing a team of Consultants dedicated to meeting key performance indicators (KPIs). Key Responsibilities: - Engage with clients at the Director or CXO level and their teams to understand challenges and tailor solutions aligning with their strategic goals. - Craft and implement Business Growth Strategies, both on-site and off-site, to effectively address complex business problems. - Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to develop strategies that ensure sustainable client growth. - Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in Strategy, Sales, Marketing, and overall business. - Strong leadership skills to guide a team of Consultants towards achieving set KPIs. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with clients at various organizational levels. - Sound knowledge of conducting market research and crafting effective Business Growth Strategies.
