About the Role :
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and present appropriate solutions.
Deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven work experience in sales, business development, or consulting (experience in [real estate/retail/insurance/automobile – customize as per industry] preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and maintain strong relationships.
Target-driven with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
