Sales Consultant

As a Senior Sales Consultant for the Mahindra dealership showroom located in Umiya Nagar Society, Udhana - Magdalla Rd, near Shree Chosath Joganiya, Udhana, Surat, Gujarat 394210, your role will involve handling both personal and commercial vehicle sales with a customer-first approach. You will greet customers, understand their needs, conduct test drives, and close sales independently. Strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to manage the entire sales process are essential for success in this position. - Welcome customers professionally and recommend suitable Mahindra vehicles - Conduct demonstrations and test drives, present finance options clearly - Negotiate pricing, handle documentation, and ensure customer satisfaction - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, maintain accurate records in CRM systems - Support showroom events and promotional activities To qualify for this role, you should have: - At least 2 years of experience in car sales, preferably with Mahindra or other vehicle brands - Strong knowledge of commercial vehicles and their business applications - Good verbal and written communication skills in English/Hindi - Valid driving license, basic computer skills, familiarity with CRM systems - Target-driven sales focus Preferred qualifications include: - Previous experience in a Mahindra dealership - Knowledge of financing and insurance processes - Local client network in the region The working conditions will primarily be showroom-based with occasional field visits.
