Qualifications Required: - Graduate education; MBA in Marketing is a plus. - 2+ years of proven experience in automobile sales preferred. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Customer-focused mindset with a passion for cars. - Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment. - Proficiency in CRM tools is advantageous.
