Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team at LB Nagar. The ideal candidate will be passionate about automobiles, possess excellent communication skills, and be driven to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and provide detailed information about ISUZU vehicles
• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate models and finance options
• Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales
• Prepare and process necessary paperwork and documentation
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain knowledge of new products, services, and market trends
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Participate in promotional activities and showroom events

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 0–2 years of experience in automotive or retail sales (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Passion for automobiles and a desire to grow in the sales field
• Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi preferred
• Valid two-wheeler license; four-wheeler license is a plus
