Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and fashion-forward Sales Consultant with strong styling knowledge to join our team at our exclusive multi-designer store. This role requires a passionate individual with a keen eye for fashion, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to offer personalized styling advice across a curated selection of designer labels. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service by providing a luxury, personalized shopping experience. Build lasting relationships with clients through attentive service and fashion expertise. Offer expert styling advice tailored to clients’ body types, personal tastes, and occasions. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends, designer collections, and brand stories. Assist in maintaining visual merchandising and in-store presentation to reflect brand aesthetics. Achieve individual and store sales targets by maximizing every customer interaction. Support in organizing store events, trunk shows, and private appointments. Maintain a strong understanding of the store’s designers, collections, and product features. Handle point-of-sale transactions, stock replenishment, and after-sales service. Key Requirements: Proven experience in fashion retail or luxury sales (multi-designer experience is a plus). Strong styling skills and a deep understanding of fashion trends and brands. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, polished, and confident demeanor with a client-first approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
