Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to customers during the sales process, building strong relationships, and driving sales conversions. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting customers with inquiries related to products and services to ensure they have the necessary information for informed purchasing decisions. - Providing timely and accurate responses to sales-related inquiries to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business. - Acting as a point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively to enhance their overall experience. - Identifying potential sales opportunities, converting inquiries into sales, and contributing to the overall sales targets of the team. - Tracking and following up on leads to ensure maximum conversion rates, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling where appropriate. - Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the Marble products and services to effectively assist customers and drive sales. - Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to provide insights that can improve sales strategies and product offerings. - Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experience and address any areas for improvement. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience in customer support or sales, preferably in a similar industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. In this role, you will be expected to contribute to key performance metrics such as sales conversion rates, customer satisfaction scores, and lead follow-up effectiveness. Your performance will be regularly reviewed to ensure alignment with the company's sales objectives and customer service standards.
