Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing expert sales consulting services, ensuring customer satisfaction, communicating effectively with clients, and offering exceptional customer service. The role involves working closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop strategies that drive sales growth. Additionally, the Sales Consultant will be required to analyze market trends and collaborate with the team to enhance overall business performance.

Qualifications

• Sales Consulting skills and experience in customer satisfaction
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong Consulting abilities and experience working with startups and MSMEs
• Proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Experience in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the startup ecosystem is a plus
