Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Surat. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable solutions. Daily tasks include assisting customers, handling queries, negotiating sales deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

• Skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting
• Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Relevant experience in sales and customer service
• A proactive and customer-oriented approach
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
