Sales Co-ordinator

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with different Key Account Managers (KAMs) for order processing. Additionally, you will need to liaise with the Production team to obtain production status and ensure product availability. Your role will also involve dispatching various products based on requirements and coordinating effectively between dispatch, accounts, and the Production team. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinating with different KAMs for order processing - Liaising with the Production team for production status and product availability - Dispatching different products as per the requirements - Coordinating between dispatch, accounts, and Production team - Updating sale order/dispatch documents as necessary - Tracking sale orders, open POs, and timely updating in MIS - Accessing Hub refill levels periodically - Fulfilling Hubs as per minimum/safety levels and marketing requirements - Alerting the Production team for production demands - Processing POs and creating sale orders - Coordinating directly with Toll customers for orders and sales-related communications - Timely updating of MIS in SAP - Ensuring on-time dispatch of products - Updating KAMs and Toll customers on dispatch status - Timely escalation and updating of delays, customer feedback Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Excellent communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills - Natural inclination towards sales - Good coordination abilities - Exposure to SAP - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint If you have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and possess the mentioned qualifications and skills, we encourage you to apply for this position.,
