Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
• Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Coordinate with the production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate records of sales orders, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on order status.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with a focus on resolving issues promptly and maintaining customer trust.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the management team.
• Assist in the preparation of sales targets and performance metrics.
• Coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
• Communicate effectively with the sales team, providing them with necessary information and support to achieve their targets.
• Liaise with marketing to ensure alignment between sales campaigns and marketing strategies.
• Ensure all sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and purchase orders, are accurate and comply with company policies.
• Manage and maintain organized records of all sales-related documents.
• Assist in the preparation of legal and compliance documents as needed.

Required Candidate profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales coordination or sales support role, preferably in the manufacturing or steel industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in the steel industry or a related field.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and sales software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Excellent communication and listening skills

· Excellent computer skills (MS Word, PPT, Excel)

· Organizational and Leadership abilities

· Should be residing in or nearby Khopoli

Salary: Rs.15000 To Rs.25000 Per month
