Sales Co-ordinator

As a Sales Coordinator at Ocean Polymer Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Thrissur, your role involves crucial responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction: - Prepare accurate, customized quotations based on client requirements. - Draft and compile tender documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy. - Submit tenders on time, follow up with prospective clients, and monitor the status of submitted tenders. - Collaborate with logistics and operations teams for timely deliveries and coordinate delivery schedules with clients. - Manage orders placed directly with factories, monitor production schedules, and act as a liaison between factories, suppliers, and clients for coordination. - Respond to customer inquiries via phone with professionalism, build and maintain strong client relationships, and address customer issues promptly. To excel in this role, you are required to have: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Knowledge in Tally. - Prior experience in sales coordination, administration, or a similar role, ideally within the building materials industry. - Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask efficiently, and excellent communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM software is a plus.
