Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Process Management:
  • Prepare and manage sales quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Maintain and update the customer database and sales records in the CRM system.
  • Monitor sales team's progress and assist in achieving sales targets.
  • Generate regular sales reports and analyses for management.
  • Customer and Internal Communication:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Coordinate with the technical and production teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of machines.
  • Communicate with the logistics and finance departments to streamline the order-to-delivery process.
  • Follow up with clients for feedback and payments.
  • Documentation and Logistics:
  • Handle all documentation related to domestic and international sales, including export-import paperwork.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping companies for timely machine dispatch.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations for export sales.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Organize and schedule sales meetings and appointments.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a sales support, sales coordination, or administrative role, preferably within the manufacturing or B2B capital goods sector.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of international trade and export documentation is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
