Sales Co-ordinator

As a Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to pitch to incoming leads and convert them into successful record attempts. You will also be coordinating and processing event-related documents, logistics, and adjudicator assignments. Acting as a central point of contact for internal departments and the record holder/team will be crucial in ensuring smooth communication and coordination. Maintaining detailed data of all event-related activities using Excel/Google Sheets will be essential for tracking and analyzing the success of each event. You will work closely with the media team to coordinate promotion, press releases, and event coverage, enhancing the visibility and reach of each record event. Your role will involve conducting thorough internet research for content, venue options, or promotional opportunities. Timely follow-ups, planning, and ensuring the smooth execution of each record event will be key to the success of the overall event management process. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the ability to commute/relocate to Faridabad, Haryana, is required. A qualification in Communications, Media, or Marketing is preferred, along with at least 3 years of experience in coordinating event-related documents, logistics, and adjudicator assignments. Experience in ensuring timely follow-ups, planning, and executing record events will be advantageous.
