Communication Management: Acting as a point of contact for sales inquiries, facilitating communication between the sales team and clients, and ensuring clear and efficient information flow. Sales Team Support: Assisting with presentations, maintaining sales materials, and providing general support to the sales representatives. Sales Target Achievement: May be involved in setting sales goals and tracking progress towards those goals. Customer Relationship Management: Helping to maintain positive customer relationships and addressing customer concerns. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
