Job Description

Responsible for customizing and optimizing Zoho CRM and related applications to meet specific sales team needs, often involving customization, automation, and integration with other systems. The role may also include providing technical support, training, and collaborating with other departments to improve CRM utilization. Zoho CRM Customization: Customize modules, fields, layouts, workflows, and reports within Zoho CRM to align with the sales team's processes. Automation and Workflow Design: Design and implement automation using Deluge scripting (or other Zoho tools) to streamline sales operations and increase efficiency. Integration: Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party applications, including email platforms, marketing platforms, and other systems, often using APIs or Zoho Flow. Data Management: Ensure data quality and integrity within the CRM system, and create custom dashboards and reports for sales performance tracking. Technical Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to the sales team on Zoho applications and CRM best practices. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer success, IT) to improve CRM utilization and optimize sales processes. Process Analysis: Analyze sales processes and identify opportunities for automation, customization, and optimization. Solution Development: Develop and maintain Zoho Creator apps and custom modules as needed to address specific business requirements. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve any Zoho CRM issues that may arise. Required Skills and Experience: Strong understanding of Zoho CRM and the Zoho ecosystem. Experience in Zoho CRM development, integrations, and Deluge scripting. Ability to translate business concepts into Zoho system interface and meet client requirements. Experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and other Zoho applications is often preferred. Experience with APIs, Webhooks, and RESTful services. Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with different teams. Problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting issues and identifying opportunities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Zoho Certification is often preferred.
