Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic freshers to join our growing team. As part of e-Tuitions, you will guide students and parents in discovering the right learning opportunities. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about education, eager to grow, and ready to begin their career in a fast-growing edtech company.

Key Responsibilities

· Connect with students and parents via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media.

· Understand learning needs and recommend the right tutoring solutions.

· Schedule demo classes and coordinate with teachers and support teams.

· Manage leads, maintain records in CRM, and meet monthly enrollment goals.

· Share feedback to improve services and collaborate with marketing on new ideas.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

· Strong communication skills in English.

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, online tools).

· Confident, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.

· No prior experience required—training provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,696.28 - ₹18,000.00 per month
