Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Fresher - Business Development (Sales) professional. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, nurturing and managing customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will utilize their analytical skills to understand market trends and drive sales strategies effectively. Key Responsibilities: ➢ Reach out to prospective students and parents via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media to promote e-Tuitions’ services. ➢ Understand customer needs and pitch personalized tutoring solutions that align with their academic goals. ➢ Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into enrollments. ➢ Schedule demo classes for potential students and coordinate with teachers and support teams. ➢ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. ➢ Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new opportunities and strategies to attract clients. ➢ Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets as set by the Sales Manager. ➢ Provide feedback from customers to improve our offerings and enhance the sales process. Requirements : ➢ Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent qualification. ➢ Strong verbal and written communication skills (fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages like Hindi or regional Indian languages are a plus). ➢ Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, and familiarity with online tools). ➢ Enthusiastic, confident, and eager to learn sales techniques. ➢ Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a positive attitude. ➢ Interest in education and helping students succeed is a bonus. ➢ No prior sales experience required—training will be provided.
