Sales & Client Acquisition Specialist

Role & responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities: Find new markets, clients, and partnerships with our potential clients in the US High Tech Construction industry
• Develop strategies: Create plans to reach new opportunities and improve the business
• Build relationships: Maintain and develop relationships with clients and partners
• Customer service: Making outbound calls to clients to establish and nurture long-term relationships & Bring Business.
• Following Scripts: Adhere to established communication scripts for consistency and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (US accent preferred).
• Be able to develop Relations with the Business team in your territory of US states.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge on other customer management tools.
• Good problem-solving skills

Experience:

• Prior experience in the US calling process (customer support, sales, etc.) is a must advantage.
• Experience with handling outbound/inbound calls is mandatory.

Soft Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience and resilience.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Traits:

• Ability to work on a night shift or flexible timings due to the nature of the US time zone.
• Familiarity with the US market, customer expectations, and communication styles & US Culture.
