Role Overview

Business Development Partner – Recruitment


Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients for

    Recruitment & Staffing services

    (IT, Engineering, Oil & Gas, Pharma, Construction, BFSI).
  • Sell

    permanent staffing, contract staffing, and executive search

    solutions.
  • Should have existing relationships with

    decision-makers (HR Directors, Hiring Managers, CEOs, Talent Heads)

    .
  • Manage the full

    business development lifecycle

    : lead generation → pitch → proposal → negotiation → closure.
  • Work with the

    India delivery team

    to ensure timely candidate sourcing and client satisfaction.
  • Build

    cross-border staffing partnerships

    (GCC demand + Indian/European talent supply).


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5–10 years in

    Recruitment Sales / BDM

    with proven networks in India,

    GCC and/or Europe

    .
  • Strong track record of

    closing staffing deals

    with enterprises, SMEs, or government-linked entities.
  • Understanding of

    staffing models

    (permanent, contract, RPO, executive search).
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable in a

    commission-first, equity-later model

    .
  • Ability to navigate GCC decision-making culture and European business etiquette.
